You can of course trust that we will handle your data with care. This research is conducted by research agency Ipsos. All answers are confidential and anonymous. Ipsos works in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your answers will be treated confidentially, anonymously and with care. The research data and personal data are used by Ipsos exclusively for this research and are combined with data from other participants.

Stichting Pensioenfonds Thales Nederland (hierna: SPTN) heeft onderzoeksbureau Ipsos gevraagd onderzoek te doen naar de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van het pensioenfonds. SPTN hecht veel waarde aan uw mening en is zeer benieuwd hoe u de verschillende facetten van haar dienstverlening ervaart.

U mag er natuurlijk op vertrouwen dat we zorgvuldig met uw gegevens omgaan. Dit onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd door onderzoeksbureau Ipsos. Alle antwoorden zijn vertrouwelijk en anoniem. Ipsos werkt volgens de bepalingen van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Uw antwoorden worden vertrouwelijk, anoniem en zorgvuldig behandeld. De onderzoeksdata en persoonsgegevens worden door Ipsos uitsluitend gebruikt voor dit onderzoek en worden gecombineerd met gegevens van andere deelnemers.
